§ Executor · The page-health layer of your site

OnPage Doctor.

The on-page health of your site, diagnosed and repaired in continuous cycles. What goes wrong is found and fixed without you raising the ticket.

01 What it does

OnPage Doctor is the platform that keeps every page on your site technically healthy. Titles, meta descriptions, alt text, internal-link graph, heading hierarchy, canonical tags — the unglamorous fundamentals that decide how your site reads to a search engine or an LLM crawler.

SEO consultants charge five figures to find these issues quarterly and hand you a 60-page PDF. OnPage Doctor finds them continuously and ships fixes through the same pipeline. No PDF, no rework, no quarterly catch-up.

Capability · 01

Site-wide diagnostic crawl

A standing crawl that scores every page across the on-page checklist — title length, meta presence, alt coverage, internal-link health, heading hierarchy — and queues whatever fails.

Capability · 02

Automatic repair

Every fix the diagnostic queues runs through a repair workflow — write the new title, regenerate the meta, draft the alt text, propose the link — and ships into your CMS without a human re-typing it.

Capability · 03

Internal-link graph health

Pages should not orphan. Important pages should not be three clicks deep. OnPage Doctor maintains the link graph as your corpus grows — surfacing thin pages, dead ends, and missing relationships.

Capability · 04

Regression watch

When a previously-healthy page degrades — title got truncated, alt got stripped, link broke — Atlas surfaces it in the morning brief and OnPage Doctor picks up the fix.

02 How it works

OnPage Doctor runs as durable workflows on a continuous schedule. There is no manual crawl button, no quarterly handoff, no auditor in the loop.

01

Schedule. The platform runs a site-wide diagnostic on a configurable cadence — daily, weekly, on-demand — across every page in your CMS or sitemap.

02

Diagnose. Each page is scored against the on-page checklist: title length and clarity, meta description presence and quality, alt text coverage, heading hierarchy, internal-link density and graph position, canonical correctness.

03

Triage. Failures are classified by severity and proposed-fix complexity. Trivial fixes go straight to repair; non-trivial proposals route to a human queue in Cowork for review.

04

Repair. The repair workflow writes the new value (title, meta, alt, link), validates it against your content style guide, and ships it to the page via your CMS API. Atlas logs the change with full diff.

05

Verify. A confirmation pass reads the page back to ensure the fix is live. If a deployment swallows the change, the loop re-queues it. Drift is impossible.

03 What it replaces

OnPage Doctor collapses the entire on-page SEO function — usually a six-figure annual contract or an in-house specialist — into a single operated layer.

Quarterly SEO audits (PDF + handoff)
Replaced by a continuous diagnostic that fixes as it goes.
Manual title / meta / alt rewriting
Replaced by repair workflows that write and ship the value automatically.
Dev tickets for on-page fixes
Replaced by direct CMS writes — no engineering cycle to remove a broken canonical.
SEO plugin (Yoast, RankMath) reliance
Replaced by a purpose-built audit and repair layer. No plugin drift, no plugin compatibility.

04 Live receipts

OnPage Doctor currently operates the on-page health layer of a live reference deployment — an editorial publishing platform under Umbra Group.

Reference deployment — sustained since 2026-05

  • Diagnostic crawl runs on a Monday / Wednesday / Friday cadence across the full corpus. Drift caught within 48 hours of appearing.
  • Five repair surfaces in production — title, meta description, alt text, internal-link graph, canonical correctness.
  • Loop closed end-to-end with SchemaForge: structured-data findings route back into the repair pipeline.
  • Zero PDFs shipped to the operator. The repair queue lives in the cockpit, every fix carries a diff.
  • Regression watch live via Atlas watchers — degradations surface in the morning brief, not in a quarterly review.

05 Pairs with

OnPage Doctor is the diagnostic backbone that feeds into the rest of the SEO stack.

06 Deploy in your org

OnPage Doctor is deployed during a Lighthouse Sprint that scopes the on-page checklist for your domain — every industry has its own definition of "healthy" page.

Scoping (Pulso). We crawl your site, score the current on-page health, and define the checklist that the platform will enforce going forward — title patterns, meta length targets, alt requirements, link-graph rules.

Build (Sprint). Diagnostic crawl is wired to your CMS or sitemap. Repair workflows are built per fix type. Style-guide validation is configured. Cowork queue activates for non-trivial proposals.

Ship (Watch). Platform goes live behind Atlas. Health scores climb as the backlog gets fixed. Regressions get caught in days, not quarters. Your on-page SEO function is now operated, not staffed.

07 Pricing line

OnPage Doctor is included as an executor in any Lighthouse Sprint that touches your SEO and discovery workflow. Operating cost is bundled into your Lighthouse Watch tier and scales with corpus size.

Standalone deployment (OnPage Doctor without other SEO executors) is available from the base Sprint tier. Detailed pricing in the Sprint framework.

We walk you through the live reference deployment: a fresh diagnostic catching a regression, the repair workflow shipping the fix, and the verification pass confirming it landed — end to end on production data.
