§ Entry tier · The diagnostic before the Sprint
Pulso.
Two weeks. One workflow. A real estimate of what a Lighthouse Sprint would do for you — instrumented, scoped, priced. No deck.
01 What it is
Pulso is the two-week diagnostic that decides whether a Lighthouse Sprint makes sense for you. We pick one workflow you currently run by hand, instrument it end-to-end, and return the spec, the baseline metrics, and an estimate of what a Sprint would change.
It is the entry into Studio. Everything beyond Pulso — Sprint, Watch, the Platforms library — is sized against what Pulso reveals. No engagement starts cold.
02 What you get
Four deliverables, sized to make the next decision obvious.
Workflow map
A diagram of the workflow as it actually runs today — every step, every handoff, every place where time leaks. Not the org chart's version. The real one.
Baseline metrics
Cycle time, manual hours, error rate, queue depth, cost per cycle — whichever metrics matter for your workflow. Captured against a real week of operation, not a hypothetical.
Platform fit
Which platforms from the Studio library would deploy against this workflow, what each one would replace, and what gets built net-new vs reused from the pattern catalog.
Sprint estimate
If we proceed: a scoped Sprint proposal with timeline, deliverables, Watch operating cost, and the expected change in the baseline metrics — not a range, an estimate we'll underwrite.
03 How the two weeks run
Compact, instrumented, no theatre. We come in to look at the real thing.
Week 01 · Discover
Sit with the workflow
- 90-min kickoff to scope the workflow and lock the success metric
- Shadow sessions with the operators who actually run it
- Read access to the data and tools currently in the loop
- Daily async checkpoint — no surprise reveals
Week 02 · Synthesize
Map, measure, estimate
- Draft workflow map + baseline metrics → review with you mid-week
- Match against the Platforms library — what fits, what needs to be built
- Sprint proposal with scope, timeline and underwritten estimate
- Final 60-min readout: deliverables in your hands, decision yours
04 Investment
Productized at a price that doesn't get in the way of the decision.
Pulso · two-week diagnostic
USD250
One workflow · fixed scope · fixed fee
50% credits to a Sprint. If we proceed with a Lighthouse Sprint within 90 days, half of the Pulso fee comes off the Sprint price. The downside on the diagnostic is effectively zero.
Pulso is also where you find out the answer is "no Sprint needed" — that's a fine outcome and we'll say so. The diagnostic is honest, not a sales surface.
05 Quick answers
What kind of workflow is the right fit for Pulso?
Anything that runs on a recurring cadence, eats meaningful human time, and has data flowing through it. SEO, distribution, content production, support triage, sales-ops, compliance audits, market monitoring — if a human currently does the same thing every week, it's a Pulso candidate.
What if we decide not to do a Sprint after?
You walk away with the workflow map, the baseline metrics, the platform-fit assessment, and the Sprint estimate. All deliverables yours, no strings. The diagnostic is useful even if Studio is not the next step.
Can we run Pulso on more than one workflow?
One workflow per Pulso. If you have several candidates, we run a 15-minute scoping call first to pick the highest-value one. The whole framework gets cleaner when scope is a feature, not a constraint.
When can we start?
We run two Pulso engagements at a time, no more. Calendar generally opens with two weeks of lead. Email below and we'll send the next available slot.
06 Book a Pulso
Two weeks from now, you'll have a real estimate instead of a guess.
Send us the workflow you have in mind. We'll send back the kickoff agenda within a business day and lock the slot if both sides see fit.
