02 Watch tiers
Watch operates the platforms after the Sprint. Atlas is included in every tier. The differences are platform count (how many executors are live and being operated) and cycle cadence (how often Watch ships a new verified improvement to the stack).

Sprint price scales with how many platforms get deployed. Each platform carries a standalone Sprint price and is included in the corresponding Watch tier.

04 Pricing FAQ
Can I deploy just one platform?
Yes. A single-platform Sprint starts at USD 25K with the same ten-week timeline (shorter Sprints exist but tend to skip handoff rigor — we don't recommend them). Single-platform Watch starts at Base tier.
Do I have to take Watch after a Sprint?
No. The Sprint deliverable is a system your team can run. We've shipped Sprints where the operator runs the platforms themselves afterward — that's a successful handoff by definition. Watch is for teams who'd rather have Studio operate the stack so they can spend judgment elsewhere.
What's the 12-month Watch minimum about?
Watch's value is the compounding improvement curve — the +1 mejora per cycle. A single month of Watch doesn't compound; twelve do. The minimum protects the math of why Watch is worth what it is.
Can pricing be customized?
Scope adjusts the price (more platforms → bigger Sprint, larger stack → higher Watch tier). Scope-for-scope, prices are productized and don't move. We don't bid against budgets; we size against work.
What about geo / currency?
All pricing in USD. Studio operates in EN and ES; engagements in either language. Mexico, LATAM and US clients welcome — invoicing per country as needed.
